Always follow the manufacturer's instructions when using a product. If you have questions about whether a product is appropriate for you, please contact HolSol or a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Memberships & Treatment Series

The HolSol Facial Club is designed to make consistent skincare and self-care a regular part of your routine.

Memberships are billed monthly and include one facial per month, along with the additional benefits outlined at the time of enrollment.

Memberships require a 6-month commitment and automatically renew monthly after the initial commitment period unless canceled in accordance with these terms.

Each month, members receive one facial credit (“Facial Credit”) to use toward their monthly facial. Facial Credits roll over from month to month and do not expire as long as the membership remains active. Members may accumulate unused Facial Credits and use multiple credits toward eligible services when scheduling.

Facial Credits may also be gifted to friends or loved ones. Once gifted, a Facial Credit may be used by the recipient toward an eligible facial service at HolSol. Gifted credits are not redeemable for cash.

Membership benefits, including product and service discounts, are for the enrolled member only and may not be transferred or shared unless specifically stated above.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless expressly stated.

Memberships may not be paused, transferred, or canceled during the initial 6-month commitment period except at the discretion of HolSol or as otherwise required by applicable law.

After the initial 6-month commitment, members may cancel their membership by providing 30 days’ notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to HolSol.

Upon cancellation, any unused Facial Credits that were earned during the active membership period will remain available for 30 days and may be used or gifted during that period. After that period, unused credits will expire.

If a membership payment is declined or otherwise unsuccessful, HolSol may suspend membership benefits until the account is brought current.

HolSol reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice. Any changes will not affect benefits already paid for during the applicable membership period.

By enrolling in the HolSol Facial Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these membership terms.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At HolSol, we reserve dedicated time and space for each client. We understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances happen, but last-minute cancellations and missed appointments make it difficult for our team to offer that time to another client.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full service price.

No-Show Appointments
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrivals
We value your time as well as the time of our practitioners. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment; however, your treatment may need to be shortened in order to avoid impacting the next guest. The full service fee may still apply.

Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Cancellation and no-show fees are applied at HolSol's discretion, and we are happy to consider individual circumstances when appropriate.

By booking an appointment with HolSol, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

3. Appointments & Services

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, booking platform, by phone, or through other methods offered by HolSol.

When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to disclose any relevant skin conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent procedures, or other information that may affect your service.

HolSol reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or decline a service when appropriate, including when we determine that a treatment may not be suitable for a client's current circumstances.

Certain treatments may have specific preparation, contraindication, aftercare, or eligibility requirements. These requirements will be communicated when applicable.

2. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current. However, treatment descriptions, pricing, availability, product offerings, photographs, and other information may change without notice.
