Services:
We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know at the time of your appointment so we can make it right.

Products:
Unopened, unused skincare or wellness products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless there is a proven defect.

Gift Cards:
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
