We currently ship to all 50 US States via FedEx 3-Day. We also offer FedEx Overnight shipping for a flat rate (not available to Hawaii or Alaska). We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. We offer free FedEx 3-Day shipping on all domestic US orders above a minimum threshold (see banner). In most cases, orders placed before 2pm EST will ship out same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship out the following day.
*Please note that all transit times quoted on our website are provided by our 3rd party shipping carriers. Some orders may incur shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, which are out of our control, such as COVID-19.

We currently ship internationally to most countries via FedEx. We do NOT ship to Spain or Mexico due to customs restrictions. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location. We do not offer dynamic international shipping rates, which means customers are responsible to pay for additional charges by the destination country. Customs charges may include, but are not limited to: duties, taxes, and any import fees.
Please note that we are not able to see or anticipate these costs, and they are simply calculated by the destination country based on weight and declaration value. If you would like more information about shipping to your region, you may email solskinaesthetics@gmail.com.
We currently ship to the following U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We charge a flat rate of $15 with free shipping on orders over $250.

Returns

We greatly value your business and we genuinely thank you for your purchase. We've made a commitment to offering as much product guidance as possible thru our social channels (IG: @holsol30a) to help you make the best decision before purchasing products from our store. We also recommend scheduling a consultation either in person or virtually to answer any questions you may have.
We offer a 30-day full refund policy for items that are unused and unopened. Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened products. To initiate a return or for any damaged or defective products, kindly email us to: solskinaesthetics@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Domestic Returns/ Refunds
Please note, any refused or returned to sender packages will incur a $10 restocking fee automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
International Returns/ Refunds
Please note, any refused or returned to sender packages will incur a $25 restocking fee automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
Due to their energetic and consumable nature, all Living Libations products are final sale.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

HolSol currently offers local pickup and limited shipping within the United States.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (check current promotions).
Pickup:
If local pickup is selected, you will be notified by email when your order is ready at our location in [Seacrest Beach, FL].
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
